This is one of those meals that I really, really miss being able to make.  Yes, we try not to use canned foods as much as possible, but it is SO nice to have a meal that you can whip up in 15 minutes, is made entirely from pantry staples, is filled with veggies, and is tasty!  I use my homemade taco seasoning for this dish, but you can also use a packet.  It would be a really easy crock pot dish, too!

Taco Soup:

1 can black beans

1 can corn

1 can tomato sauce

1 can diced tomatoes

1 small can diced green chilies

1 envelope taco seasoning

1 envelope powdered ranch dressing

1 1/2 cups water

Don’t drain anything.  Dump every can in a large pot and simmer until heated through.  Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
